Allen Fred Lueker was born January 30, 1940 in Beaufort, MO; son of the late Herman Lueker and his wife, Emma Hartmann Lueker. He passed away Friday November 30, 2012 in Washington at the age of 72 years. Allen received his education graduated from Union High School in 1958. He went on to attend Central Missouri University in Warrensburg, MO.
On November 28, 1963, Allen was united in marriage to Betty Dreinhoefer at the Leslie Methodist Church in Leslie. Allen was employed by McDonnell Douglas Aircraft for 30 years and retired in 1996. He was a member of the Union Kiwanis, Zion United Church of Christ, Zion UCC Choir, Zion Adult Fellowship and Prayer Partners, and the St. John Mercy Hospital auxiliary from 1997 to 2004.
He was preceded in death by three grandchildren. He is survived by his wife, Betty Lueker of Union; two daughters: Susan Wilson and husband, Don of Washington and Amy Scott and husband, Brian of Lee Summitt, MO; one granddaughter, Hillary Scott; one sister, Mildred Riley of Beaufort, MO; one brother, Bob Lueker and wife Pat, of Leslie, MO.
